As I was talking with other Mormon women about my website a few months ago, an older woman said something that struck
me. This sister told me how most LDS sites and church activities are geared toward younger women and their families. As she
told me what she, as a woman in her 50s, would like to see on my site, she said the greatest thing. I'm not a spring chicken
anymore, and I'd like a website that recognizes that. So, I decided to create a special section of my website for older women
called Fall Chickens. Then, in women's conference when the Sister said that she was a fall hen, I knew I had come up with
the right title a few weeks earlier.
This section will include articles by members on being childless, never being married, disabilities, FHE for two, and
more. Please let us know what you'd like to see in this special section for older ladies of the LDS Woman.
